What is one thing you want students to know about you? 

In my professional career I work as a data scientist where I use math and programming to solve real world business problems. In my spare time, I enjoy all things sports and fitness. I am a huge soccer fan and I’ve been playing since I was 5. I also love food and travelling and hope I get to do a lot more of it in the future.

What's your educational background?

I have a dual bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and Business and I have a masters degree in operations research and data analytics.

What are some of your hobbies?

My hobbies are playing soccer and skiing - but really any sport. I also enjoy playing guitar and reading books on new topics that interest me.

What was your favourite subject in high school?

My favourite subject in high school was Physics. I enjoyed it because I had a teacher who made the subject easy to understand and fun.

What is something you would tell your younger self in high school?

Take chances, take risks, and try new things that are out of your comfort zone. If I could go back, I would join more clubs and try the things that I was too afraid to try.
